Das Fonclea im Prati-Viertel (in der Nähe des Vatikan) ist ein gemütliches Jazz- und Rhythm & Blues- Lokal. Es wurde 1978 eröffnet und ist eines der ältesten Live-Pubs in Rom. In der Regel bevölkern italienische Bands die Bühne. Ab und an kauft Besitzer Massimo auch mal internationale Combos ein. Die Lautstärke im Innern des großen, gemütlichen Lokals ist gemäßigt (Massimo will nicht, dass die Bands seine Gäste so zudröhnen, dass eine Unterhaltung unmöglich wird). Es hat ein Restaurant, das bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet ist und an der Bar gibt es ausgezeichnete Cocktails und a large selection of whiskeys.
