Die Nachbarschaftsinitiative Schanzenstraße ist ein Zusammenschluss der örtlichen Grundstückseigentümer. Neben der BEOS GmbH sind auch die ehemalige Bahntochter Aurelis, die Drahtwerke Köln sowie Herr Bernd Odenthal in dem Bündnis engagiert.
