The Berlin BEOS has sold a plot of land in the suburb Hedelfingen the Mörk promoter + Immobilien GmbH. On the former parking lot with 3,300 square feet buildable and around 3,600 square meters of green space created in the coming years, a residential complex with 27 city-terraced houses in the Bauhaus style. The Berlin real estate company had caught up together with the local project developer Mörk the planning permission for residential development. The land belongs to the former Kodak site in the street Hedelfinger 54-80, the BeOS in 2007 purchased on behalf of an international group of investors.
