BEOS has extended its lease with the Phoenix
operating and Event GmbH early on about 5,300 square feet of space in the area of the old wagon factory. The lease agreement has a term of 5 years. A permanent feature of cultural life in Mainz, Phönix-Halle Mainz-Mombach remains that the long term.
"The Phoenix Hall has a very high cultural value and shaping for Mainz and the district Mombach. The development over the past 12 years speaks for the facets and ingenuity of the operator Matthias Becker, who could shape the hall without any public subsidy to an institution. We are very pleased that our journey together continues long term, "said Stephan Gubi, project manager for the BeOS.
Numerous productions and top-class artists perform in the Phoenix Hall in front of up to 3,000 spectators. In particular, the contrast of industrial architecture and concert and exhibition house shapes the environment within and outside the Phoenix Hall. BEOS has the old wagon factory in November 2008 for an international group of investors acquired. To 80,000 square meters of logistics and office, manufacturing, warehouse and retail space there is a mixed-tenant structure. The industrial park is located in the urban environment and was established in 1845 as an industrial area. In addition to the nationally known "Phoenix Hall", numerous medium-sized and public users are found.
