BEOS is the "European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV ) joined. INREV represents the interests of 340 members, of which investors with total assets in real estate amounting to approximately € 140 billion, fund managers, managing 468 funds with real estate assets amounting to € 252 billion.
INREV was founded in 2002 to represent investors' interests, to develop market standards and thus to contribute to transparency and professionalism in the industry.

A recent analysis of the composition of all 468 funds in the INREV database shows that the majority of fund managers engaged in office and retail. Only 36 of the fund from all over Europe have a clear focus on commercial real estate, particularly properties with industrial and logistics-related use. Similarly, only 31 of all funds invest exclusively in Germany. Here, too, BEOS includes therefore a gap in the product range.
